The location of Institute is such that Petrochemical area, Nandesari Industrial Estate and Ranoli Industrial Estate are at 1.5 km radius walk-able distance. At present the institute is having three workshop buildings, one hostel building and one administrative building with total 640 seats and 13 trades.
